Some people choose to cut paper items and then laminate them. Machine and extra refill should cost around 10. If you don t want to do this you can cut laminated paper that has a sealed edge but be aware that it is no longer completely waterproof. I started reading stories about teachers who never cut prior to laminating. However if it makes sense and you can fit more pieces on your lamination by cutting first by all means go for it.
